PCN 210 – CLA2000 - Software update – Wi-Fi Update

The existing Wi-Fi module has been replaced with an equivalent component as part of ongoing product lifecycle management. Updated software provides compatibility with both the existing and new Wi-Fi modules, ensuring continued support and a common software baseline for future updates.

All deliveries from SRT will have this update installed.

Important Update Warnings:

1. Extract the Update Package: Before performing the software update, unzip (extract) the downloaded folder. Then open the PDF titled "PCN 210 – CLA2000 - Software update – Wi-Fi Update" located inside the extracted folder and follow the step-by-step instructions.
1. Update Interruption: If the update is interrupted by a loss of power, simply repeat the update process. The software can often be recovered and updated successfully by rerunning the procedure.
2. Corruption: If the unit becomes corrupted and no longer boots normally, the recovery procedure differs from the standard update process. Power the unit OFF, insert the SD card, and then power the unit ON to initiate software recovery.
